A Tribe called Zimbabwe products are handmade using only the best materials and finely crafted with painstaking attention to detail and design. Our products are hand-finished to ensure the premium quality guaranteed by the a Tribe called Zimbabwe trademark. We  dye our hides ourselves using the best animal dyes available. The presence of minor flaws, discreet shade differences and natural marking in the hides heighten the quality and uniqueness of the materials and should not be treated as defects. Random, small scratches and colour differences are only some of the identifying characteristics of genuine leather and should not be treated as defects.

Respectively, we are only liable for these two circumstances mentioned above if you can provide enough evidence and proof that your purchased item is not as described or in a condition which is totally different from our website promoted within 72hours from the time you received the item from us.
